Simple, fair rules so families and nannies always know what to expect.
Cancellations
- Free if you cancel at least 8 hours before your booking.
- 50% of the booking if you cancel less than 8 hours before.
- Charged in full for cancellations within 2 hours, or if your nanny arrives and the booking can’t go ahead.
We understand emergencies happen, so just let us know.
